Data Tracking Made Easy

During some of my internet cruising, I stumbled on this awesome, easy data tracking tool. I’ve added it to my arsenal of must-have resources. I’m a creative geek, not a data geek, but even I can get into SumAll.

We all know how important it is to stay on top of what’s working and what isn’t in your business and marketing efforts and SumAll was created with me and you in mind.

What it offers

Once you set up your account you will want to set up all of your platforms. I personally am tracking all of my social media accounts, my Google analytics, some of my links, and MailChimp. SumAll has a ton of platforms to track including banking, fitness, blogging, and payment processing just to name a few. Additionally you can create groups to add your platforms to.

Other fantastic features…

  • SumAll will email you either daily or weekly with your stats but they also give you the option to have your stats sent to team members.
  • If you’re feeling it, you can set up thank you tweets or have SumAll send weekly and monthly performance tweets through your Twitter and Facebook preferences.
  • Add collaborators to your account for added insights.

The metrics

Your metrics start rolling in daily or weekly into your email so you can see exactly what’s going on with your social media engagement, website traffic, and click-throughs. And if you’d rather go into SumAll to take a look, you can choose to review all of your stats in one place or select the platform you want to focus on and see what’s happening in that area specifically.
